MediaCorp’s OOH Media showcase the Integrated Media Platforms on one roof
– Exciting collaboration between MediaCorp OOH Media, Radio, Publishing, TV and Toggle
Singapore, 3 October 2014 – MediaCorp’s OOH Media brings together its business units under one bus-stop shelter roof for the first time, to showcase MediaCorp’s strength of the integrated media platforms available, right in the heart of Orchard Road. Displayed outside Robinsons (former The Heeren), The 3D flagship structure on the bus-stop shelter rooftop, is one of OOH Media’s initiative to show its flexibility and ability to bring different business units together for a joint campaign that showcases the value which MediaCorp can bring to the market. With its wide array of media platforms, advertisers would be able to appreciate and benefit from the level of engagement and degree of personalization that only MediaCorp is able to provide.
Each week, a fresh set of different designs by a different business unit will be featured. The bus shelter will morph with different images that constantly changes position to attract commuter’s interest and attention, exposing commuters to an array of MediaCorp products every week.
Mr J.C.Lim, Creative Director of MediaCorp’s Creative Services, says “This 3D concept with a shimmering background of the MediaCorp logo creates an impactful visual, reflecting the glamor and pomp that is associated with the media industry. Another idea was to create an element of difference using movement. This would be in contrast with traditional static advertising, helping us to illustrate the best use of the OOH medium as a way of attracting commuters’ interest and attention. With this design, we would create a busy yet interesting spectacle.

The flagship is a 3D articulation on the OOH bus shelter outside Heeren to showcase starting 2 October to 5 November which attracts interest and awareness good for advertisers and their products.
